During the summer, the flexible real-estate company Adapteo expanded its operations to Lithuania. The company is positioning itself as a premium supplier of adaptable buildings in social and general infrastructure in the Lithuanian market, and has already initiated several dialogues about new, long-term contracts in schools, preschools, and project offices. The expansion is part of a larger growth strategy, with the goal of entering several markets in the Baltics.
Adapteo announced its first order in Belgium as recently as April this year. The flexible real-estate company is now establishing operations in yet another country, the first in the Baltics – Lithuania. Jurij Vasiljev has been appointed CEO of Adapteo Lithuania and will build a team of sales and project managers on site. During the past 17 years, he has been responsible for the rental of Cramo's adaptable buildings in Lithuania, the Baltics and Kaliningrad, and he knows Adapteo well.
“I am very proud to be a part of Adapteo. It is an ambitious, strong and flexible company when it comes to taking on challenges. Every single person is committed to making Adapteo the leading supplier of sustainable and high-quality adaptable buildings in the markets in which we operate,” says Jurij Vasiljev, CEO of Adapteo Lithuania.
Adapteo Lithuania is positioning itself as a premium supplier of adaptable buildings in social and general infrastructure in the Lithuanian market. The focus is also on driving the company's growth with solutions for infrastructure projects that will run for many years. Several dialogues have already been initiated about new contracts within both preschools and schools as well as project offices.
“We are convinced that we can contribute to a more flexible use of buildings in infrastructure projects in Lithuania. Compared to the existing players, we have a sharper focus on quality and a broader offering,” says Philip Isell Lind af Hageby, CEO of Adapteo Group.
Plans for continued expansion
Adapteo is now present in a total of eight European countries. In the long term, the goal is to enter more countries in the Baltics.
“Our establishment in Lithuania is the next step in our ambitious growth plan. The fact that Lithuania is the first country we enter in the Baltics is largely due to market demand and how well our adaptable buildings can solve problems in both the public and private sectors,” says Philip Isell Lind af Hageby, CEO of Adapteo group.
